These boats can move across the water at speeds of 30mph - 70mph, so you really should use them on a rather large body of water.

So the backyard pool may not be a very good place to use them, that is unless you have a really big pool.

Speed, noise, and maintenance are a few very important factors to consider before purchasing a nitro RC powered boat.

Although nitro powered RC boats do require a much larger commitment of time maintenance and skill, many RC hobbyists wouldn’t dream of ever using any other type of RC powered boat.
